Yuva Vikas Samiti is Organized in many Science Mela & Tours Supported by National Council for Science & Technology Communication NCSTC (Department of Science & Technology (DST) Govt. of India) The Project main objective popularize Science & Technology amongst the people of the general and younger generation in particular.
Yuva Vikas Samiti is an NGO in India working for the popularization of science and technology through its outreach educational programmes. Since its inception in 2007, the Society has intervened & inculcated scientific temperament in the students, teachers and community at large through its standing activities including Summer Schools in Science & Mathematics,Circus of Science, Public & Popular Lectures, Evening Community Awareness Programs, Panel Discussions, Workshops, Seminars, Quiz Competitions and many more.
Yuva Vikas Samiti focused on promoting Innovation and Science, especially amongst children. ISPF’s primary focus is creating experience-based learning opportunities where science can be learnt hands-on with interactive experiences that inspire innovation.
YVS offers kinaesthetic learning programmes with a range of materials and resources to create, experiment, tinker and innovate to inculcate a better understanding of scientific phenomena and improve cognitive life skills. Yuva Vikas Samiti partners with Department of Science & Technology Government of india and low cost private schools providing teacher training, Tinker Chests and handholding support to schools in ‘implementing the programme.
